DELI CLOSING AT 6 PM

KEEP THE DELI OPEN UNTIL AFTER DINNER. Why are they closing the Deli so early. It should not close until the dinner rush is over like 7 or 8 !! People that work late need to stop and pick up food and the darn place is close. The stocking our front was so below par. Staff is unfriendly and need better supervisors!

Digital coupon

Today (8-16) I made 4 phone calls to try to finalize the set up of my digital coupon account. Each call automatically discounted without cause or reason and I accomplished nothing. This is the 4th time I have attempted to set up/finalize a digital coupon account. The first time I encountered a very hostile customer service rep. Your customer service system is broken.

I ran into King Soopers in Castle Pines, CO for last minute items for the 4th of July. As I was leaving the store with one of the carts...the cart locked up and the alarms went off. Not only was this embarrassing, but I had to wait for an employee to come to me to let...

Over charged me and looks like they don’t care

New employees overcharged every time ! Thats Stealing !! And then when I confronted them all they said just go to service department !! And theres like 10-15 people waiting cause they have another new employee !! Fixing the issues . Please trained them properly stop stealing peoples money!!!

Following me for no reason

A *** guy who I suspect was a loss prevention but no uniform undercover was following me around I had no back pack and a tiny purse I accused him and told him to back the *** and he went like a bat out of *** went to register as I watched him and scanned a item and never paid for it. Is this a new things loss prevention pretends to pay for a item but has it voided. He looked like a street sleeper when I confronted manager she was like we cant control the scary customers. I wish I knew if he was a secret shopper or if he was just a *** guy following me.

Question about my kings rewards card

I now have an electric car since December 28 and therefore have not used any of my gas coupons for four months now. What will Kings do for me to make up for these rewards for the past four months and also going forward. I sent you a letter two months ago and never heard a word back from you.

I never get everything I order for curbside pickup. I always have to shop at another store to complete my order.My shopping notes were completely ignored and now I can’t get paper receipt.New store

Lack of products, lack of service, inconvenience to customer. Rude employees and no receipt have to use red mail. I never get everything I order I have to always go shop at another grocery store. My shopping notes are totally ignored. Theyve really gone down hill. Looking for new place to shop

Click list

Have used click list for several years Last two times order was not ready at pick up time No call, no text, no email. Tonight a waited 40 mins before being told my order was not ready

Poor quality of the strip steaks.

The last 4 steaks I bought have been terrible. The meat was tough and very hard to chew. I had to through half away.

Loyal 21 years. They earned a boycott.

I have been in Denver and CO Springs for 21 years and shopped for groceries almost exclusively at King Sooper's. I did the math, was extremely conservative and still, I have spent a minimum of $200,000. in their stores, over those years. Do they care? Absolutely not....

Prescription Refusal

I have a Doctors Script and the pharmacist refused to fill it. She said "It is the policy of the Dept. manager"! and walked away. THEY WON'T FILL IT?????????? A DOCTORS SCRIPT!!!!! They pick and choose who and what scripts to fill! Do not shop there folks. Trying Safeway! Apparently this is legal in Colorado. We are thinking of going elsewhere to shop.

Surly, combative and down right rude employees

Pre pandemic the king sooper in southlands was a great store. Now, I presume it is tough to get good employees, too bad. Having chosen products from an end cap displaying a 2ft x 4ft sign stating price, once in the HUGE checkout line, the cashier refused to honor the price. Showed her the signage, she had a fit, threw up her hands and stomped off, asking the manager(?) head clerk (jerk) to take over, who was every bit as surly and combative as the first one. People in line behind me could not even believe what they were seeing/hearing. I shall never go there again. This used to be a good store, but no recognizable employees anymore AND they are horrible. N

Sign here we go again, another two year old trapped in an adult body who thinks because they were told no that they were treated rudely. Maybe the people in line were shocked by your behavior, rather than the employee's behavior? You won't be missed.

I wrote a check and my bank returned it unpaid. I am concerned because it was send again and returned for the second time. I was wondering when would it be deposited again Unfortunately I dont get paid until the third each month

Health Hazard - Restrooms

Restroom at store at 15109 E Colfax Ave, Aurora, CO 80011 are filthy. No soap, toilet paper or paper towels. Employees can not wash their hands to prevent COVID and dispensers are broken. Filthy floors that have not been cleaned.
