Digital Coupons not working

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

Twice in as many weeks, I have tried to get the digital coupons to scan using the app on my phone. 4 out of 5 of them came up with an error.

I had checked if my app was updated and it was.

The second week, the cashier did take off some money for the digital and regular coupon that didn't work.

What happened to just giving a good prices on certain items every week.

Customers should not have to spend time trying to clip coupons or scanning the digital coupons on the shelf.

This is a known problem with their app but it is getting worse not better. Kroger owns hundreds of stores in several states so they should have a decent sized team creating their app and fixing it.

On going remodeling.

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

Bear Valley KS is very bad. Been remodeling the store for several months now.

Either don't have grocery items meat etc. The quality of essentials is poor and over priced.

Seems like every week items have been moved to another location in the store. I feel sorry the staff because they have to deal with customer complaints.

What I find disturbing is this word salad you have attempted to write. It might be a good idea to ask someone who is better with the English language to rewrite this for you.

Lack of Cutomer Service

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

I went into the store that I have been shopping at for over 25 years, I bought 4, six packs of Pepsi that was advertised on the display. when I checked out I was charges $5.99 each.

I asked to cashier to help with the discount. She said that I would have to have an app on my phone for the discount. I told I didnt ant another app. She said I can't help you then.

I asked to return the items. She said I would have to go to customer service. After waiting 15 minutes because of lack of help in the dept. I explained to the lady what my issues was and that I wanted to return the item that also included 1 12 pack of beer.

She said she couldn't take the beer back. I told her I haven't left the store yet. She said don't get mad at me. I asked to see a manager.

A gentleman (Carlos)came over and I explained to him my issue. He also informed me that he couldn't return the beer. I said that makes no sense since I haven't left the store. He said don't disrespect me I am trying to help.

I told I felt like I was the one that was getting disrespected.

He then threw my receipt back at me and told me he was done an to go somewhere else. So that is what I intend to do I will never shop at King Soopers grocery or gas station ever again.

New manager was rude about my having my 13lb service dog in the cart. No one in the store ever made an issue until she came here. It is her first day!

I have been going there for 30 years. Not happy.

I understand the rule and did comply, however, she could have been nicer. King Soopers put the wrong person in 139 Parker and Peoria in Aurora.

Sincerely,

Poor Customer Service

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

I needed a price adjustment. Cashier clld over the head clerk, Kyle, who said he was the store mgr, which he is not.

He refused to make the adjustment, an adjustment I was given in the past and told me, "I need a coaching" I asked his name and he forcefully pulled off his name tag, puts it in my face and spells it to me. I know how to spell, Kyle. I asked for the Corporate ph number and he says, I do not have to give that to you!

Kyle is a poor representation of your King Soopers customer service or of King Soopers itself and should be FIRED or at the minimum, coached himself! The worse experience I have had shopping at any of the King Soopers!

If you go to the actual King Scoopers website, you can click on Contact US and call, email or use chat.i think the employee's attitude is a result of employees being fed up with rude customers.

King Soopers not ringing up sales prices at registers

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
King Soopers not ringing up sales prices at registers

King Soopers consistently charges incorrect prices based on the bar codes that are scanned at the register. They seem unable to resolve the issue unless you are willing to return to the store with your items which usually also entails waiting in a long line at customer service.

They seem uninterested in correcting any of the mispriced item charges for future custimers.

The incorrect charges are always in King Soopers favor, it seems like they are intentianally overcharging or misleading customers about sales. They should be investigated by the BBB or some other regulatory entity.

You are essentially offering discounts to the young or affluent as they understand how to access your digital coupons

Senior citizens dont always use your app nor do we understand how to obtain or use digital coupons

I'm sick & tired of NO cashiers at 38th & Sheridan store!!!

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

May 5th, 8:30am, NO cashiers & 1 *** overseeing 8 self checkout stations. With the price of food, I am NOT going to be my own cashier!

I'm 75yo, terminally ill & I don't need your employee laughing at my frustration. He was an *** & told me 25+ times to "have a good day" all the while making fun of me! NOT appreciated one bit. I'm going to start shopping at Sprouts, Walmart & Safeway.

Get some cashiers in early on Sat. & Sun.!!

Petty clerks that don't want to do their job

King Soopers - Petty clerks that don't want to do their job

I went into King Soopers tonight for some groceries. I wanted a 12 pack of beer to cook with.

I showed the clerk my ID when checking out which showed I am well into middle age. She demanded to also see my husband's ID. He is clearly middle age too but he forgot his ID at home so she refused to sell the beer to us because she said store policy requires all adults to show ID in a party, not just the person purchasing alcohol.

She also pointed my face out to all of the other employees at the registers to make sure I couldn't come back and buy any beer without my husband. The only explanation I can think of us she was completely petty and on some power trip.

Actually, THEY ARE DOING THEIR JOB. Their job is to check the ID of EVERYONE that you are shopping with.

Imagine you are old enough to drink but behave like a six-year-old. whose parents said no when she asked for a chocolate bar. It is not about her being on a power trip. She is DOING HER JOB, FOLLOWING POLICY.

The other cashers would do the same. You are old enough to drink.

You are old enough to be married. GROW UP And act your age.

If two people of your age are together in line, the person paying has to have id. If your husband made any effort/appearance to seem like he was paying(fumbling with wallet, cash/card in hand) she has to ask him and she cannot say to you”oh you had id, you just pay.” If none of this happened, she should have sold you the beer.

Yeah I was always the person that was going to pay. He helped me unload our cart and then went to bag our groceries.

He didn't reach for his wallet until she asked him for his ID after she reviewed mine. I was the one standing at the register with my card the entire time.

Forced to do self checkout with 200 dollars order

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

Went to this store only to have had to ring up my own groceries because self checkout is the only thing available after 8 or 9 pm when the store drops down to one cashier. The cashier kept having to help because the system is not set up for such large orders. 8 pm is way too early to drop to one cashier.
