For years I've battled bottom of the barrel service, or rather the lack thereof, at the 120th and Sheridan store. The employees behind that counter are deliberately slow, understaffed, and at times just plain sour.

Totally unacceptable in my book. Saturday was the last straw. Yes, it was New Year's Eve. We customers knew it.

Very sad that KS management didn't care to accomodate the extra traffic. When I got to the deli there were 4 customers there and 2 clerks. In the first 5 minutes I waited, nobody's order was completed, as both individuals were obviously going as slow as possible, and showing attitude. A third employee finally emerged, but after another 5-7 minutes there was still no movement.

I gave up.

When I see employees gathering in small groups with seemingly nothing to do, the aggravation is even greater. Management supervision seems to be totally non-existent.
