Horrible pharmacy policies
king soopers pharmacy will not honor your Dr. perscription.
My dr. wanted my medication filled on a certain date and it would be covered by my insurance. They refused to fill it till the following day because of a 30 day policy from perscription to perscription fill. However, My dr.
wrote the perscription the way he did for a reason and If they can't honor a Dr. request to fill a perscription on a certain date because of their store policy they will not have my business anymore. I have had this same prescription filled there several times and each time I had it filled they made me feel less than human because of the prescription prescribed. They refused to fill it once because it was on a Friday and they have a policy that they will not fill this particular prescription without calling the Dr.
well the Dr's office is closed on Fridays so they would not fill it. They know that I have had this prescription filled in the past and filled it previously. Their policies are rude and degrading to people who need these types of medications. I will be sure to let my Dr.
know how they have treated me so that he can let his other patients know that they can not count on King soopers to fill the prescription as prescribed and directed by the Dr. Colorado Springs

Greenvalley ranch king soopers
I went in for donuts one morning and witnessed the store manager scott berating and yelling at the coke girl in front of everyone and using inapproprate language. It was very disturbing even if the poor girl was not doing her job, she didnt deserve the belittling tirate she was being subject to.
I left not wanting to shop in this store ever again. How does a person like that get to a store manager position?
Very sad that a manager thinks so much of himself that he treats people so abusively. Ill go to another store.i wish they would change managers there because its so close to my house walmart here i come.

The truth is that all of the King Sooper store's are having difficulty staffing their store's do to the corporate greed that has taken our working class hostage, your wife is not the only frustrated participant in this lack of service, the employees are feeling a grate deal of frustration, morale problems, extreme exhaustion due to mandatory overtime, lack of help in all department's, low pay to all new hire's, the list goes on. The work is not easy and the hours are brutal!
The management puts the courtesy clerks in the check stands so there are no sacker's, this puts a huge strain on the checkers and the customer, not to mention the other departments. look up in front of the check stands and notice the box with the 3 circles, that comes from corporate, that dictates how many check stands have to be open at any given time, a computer is running the front end!
The management team has to follow that number in the circle or corporate comes down on them, very stressful. Our union are in negotiations with Kroger at this time and hopefully they will be fair to the people that make the huge profits happen for them, that would be the customer and the employee.
