Kingsooper located at 9800 W Belleview’s customer service representatives have very poor service. I bought gift card from them and the gift card# doesn’t match the pin. I went there with my original receipt. They put me to speak with someone from prepaid card center at 1866-544-8062, the lady who answered the phone told me the card was loaded property and it is not their problem if the pin and the card# doesn’t match. I have had two negative experiences at King Soopers located at 136th and Zuni in Broomfield. Today's experience surpassed the first, so I will began there. All the young people who work at King Sooper's at Union and Briargate in Colorado Springs are just great. All we hear is negative things about our youth, but these young people work very hard and seem to care about their jobs. The night stocking "manager" and the night head clerk Jeffery at the 9th street store are VERY rude. The stocking mngr bowls you out of the way with his pallet jack and when you try to address the situation with JEFFERY he dismisses it. Saying that for your safety the person operating the pallet jack has to ORDER you out of the way. WHY DOES KINGSOOPERS EMPLOY MANAGERS (no less) THAT CAN NOT SAFELY OPPERATE PALLET JACKS AROUND CUSTOMERS??? Read more

I am not sure if it was racism or just pure ignorance, as I was walking to check out my groceries, one employee looked at me weird and I dismissed it and stood in line waiting to be checked out. Too often, your staff members are chomping on gum with their mouths open. There is open food in all of your stores. This grosses me out. Surely, you have a procedure in place that does not allow this. I see it in every one of your stores. Even the the pharmacies (9th and Corona) which I quit because of it. The pharmacy on 62nd avenue in Commerce City totaling screwed up my husband's prescription for eye drops for a serious eye condition. They substituted generic for the brand name drug even though the surgeon wrote "do not substitute, use brand name". Of course, this happened on Saturday when the doctor's office is closed; Medicare is not open and he is without his eye drops. Their excuse; wait until Monday and call your doctor. Or to the... Extremely slow trainee who started helping the next person without even helping me bag my own ***. Isn't that common sense? Took her forever just to look up produce numbers and had nobody supervising her or helping.
